كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
Book of Marriage
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الرَّجُلِ لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا خَالَتِهَا
Chapter: What is reported regarding a man not marrying a woman along with her paternal or maternal aunt
Hadith Number: 650
نا هشيم ، قال: انا عمر بن ابي سلمة ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان تنكح المراة على عمتها، او على خالتها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a woman be combined in marriage with her paternal aunt or maternal aunt.

Hadith Number: 651
نا سفيان ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، سمع ابا سلمة ، يحدث عن ابي هريرة ، قال: " نهى ان تنكح المراة، على ابنة اخيها وعلى خالتها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not be married to her niece or her maternal aunt."

Hadith Number: 652
نا هشيم ، قال: انا داود بن ابي هند ، عن الشعبي ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان تنكح المراة على عمتها او على خالتها، ونهى ان تنكح المراة على ابنة اخيها او ابنة اختها، نهى ان تنكح الكبرى على الصغرى، او الصغرى على الكبرى" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not be married over her paternal aunt or maternal aunt, nor over her niece (brother's or sister's daughter), and neither should the elder sister be joined in marriage with the younger, nor the younger over the elder."

نا هشيم ، انا مغيرة ، عن إبراهيم ، عن ابي هريرة , قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا تنكح المراة على عمتها ولا على خالتها، ولا تسال المراة طلاق اختها لتكتفئ ما في صحفتها , ولتزوج فإنما لها ما كتب لها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman should not be married to her paternal aunt or maternal aunt, nor should any woman try to have her sister divorced so that her share of sustenance may decrease and she herself may marry, for she will only get what has been decreed for her."

نا عبد الرحمن بن ابي الزناد ، عن ابيه ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " لا يجمع بين المراة وعمتها، ولا بينها وبين خالتها، ولا تسال المراة طلاق اختها لتستفرغ ما في صحفتها وتنكح , فإنما لها ما قدر لها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not be combined in marriage with her paternal aunt or maternal aunt, nor should any woman try to have her sister divorced so that she may take her share, for she will only get what has been decreed for her."
