Book of Marriage
بَابُ تَزْوِيجِ النَّهَارِيَّاتِ
Chapter: Marrying day-time women
Hadith Number: 681
نا هشيم قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن ," انه كان لا يرى بتزويج النهاريات باسا ، وكان ابن سيرين يكره ذلك".
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is no harm in daytime marriages (nikah during the day)." And Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked it.

Hadith Number: 682
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن يونس، عن الحسن , في الرجل تزوج المراة ويجعل لها من الشهر اياما معلومة , فلم ير به باسا , وكان ابن سيرين يكره ذلك" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man marries a woman and sets certain days of the month (for her), there is no harm in it." And Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) considered it disliked.

Hadith Number: 683
نا هشيم، قال: انا منصور، عن الحسن، وعطاء ," انهما كانا لا يريان بتزويج النهاريات باسا" .
Hasan al-Basri and 'Ata (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "There is no harm in marriages during the day."

Hadith Number: 684
نا هشيم قال: انا مطرف، عن الحكم، وحماد , " انهما كانا يكرهان ذلك" .
Hazrat Hakam bin Utaybah and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on them) disliked marriages conducted during the daytime.

Hadith Number: 685
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن مطرف، عن الحكم، وحماد , قالا: " هذا شرط فاسد" .
Hazrat Hakam bin Utaybah and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "This condition is invalid."
