كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
Book of Marriage
بَابُ مَنْ يَتَزَوَّجُ امْرَأَةً مَجْذُومَةً أَوْ مَجْنُونَةً
Chapter: Whoever marries a woman who is leprous or insane
Hadith Number: 828
نا سفيان، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن جابر بن زيد، قال: " اربع لا يجزن في بيع ولا نكاح إلا ان يمس، فإن مس فقد جاز: الجنون، والجذام، والبرص , والقرن" .
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is no sale or marriage in four things until intercourse takes place: insanity, leprosy, vitiligo, and obstruction (of the private parts). If intercourse takes place, then the marriage will be valid."

Hadith Number: 829
نا ابو معاوية ، قال: نا جميل بن زيد الطائي ، عن زيد بن كعب بن عجرة , قال:" تزوج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم امراة من بني غفار، فلما دخلت عليه وضعت ثيابها، فراى بكشحها بياضا، فقال:" البسي ثيابك والحقي باهلك" .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Ka'b bin 'Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) married a woman from Banu Ghifar. When she came to him and removed her clothes, he saw whiteness on her side. He said: 'Put your clothes on and go back to your family.'"

Hadith Number: 830
نا شريك، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال: " لا ترد الحرة من عيب" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A free woman is not returned because of any defect."

Hadith Number: 831
نا ابو معاوية، قال: نا رجل، عن جميل بن زيد، عن زيد بن كعب بن عجرة , ان رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم، مثل حديث قبله،" امر لها بالصداق".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Ka'b bin Ujrah رضي الله عنه that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ordered the dowry for that woman.

Hadith Number: 832
حدثني محمد ، قال: حدثني ابو عمرو سهل بن زنجلة الرازي ، قال: نا الوليد بن مسلم ، عن الاوزاعي قال: سالت الزهري : اي ازواج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم التي استعاذت منه؟ فقال: حدثني عروة ، عن عائشة , ان ابنة الجون الكلابية لما دخلت على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فذهب يدنو منها، فقالت: عائذا بالله. فقال:" عذت بعظيم، ضمي ثيابك والحقي باهلك" .
Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the daughter of Banu Kilab (Umaymah bint Nu'man) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he approached her. She said: "I seek refuge with Allah." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You have sought refuge with the Great One. Put on your clothes and go back to your family."

Hadith Number: 833
نا إسماعيل بن عياش، قال: حدثني ابن جريج، عن عطاء , في رجل تزوج امراة، فلما دخل بها بدا من الرجل عيب، برص او جذام. قال عطاء:" لا تنزع منه امراته" .
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man marries a woman and after consummation a defect such as leukoderma or leprosy is found in her, the woman will not be separated from him."
