كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
بَابُ مَنْ رَاجِعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ وَهِيَ لَا تَعْلَمُ
Chapter: One who takes back his wife while absent and she does not know
Hadith Number: 1324
نا هشيم، قال: انا عبيدة، عن الحسن بن رواح، قال: سالت سعيد بن المسيب عن رجل طلق سرا وراجع سرا، فقال:" طلقت في غير عدة، وراجعت عمى، اشهد على ما صنعت" .
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone gives divorce secretly and then takes her back, this is a return in darkness; testimony is necessary.

Hadith Number: 1325
نا هشيم، انبا يونس، عن الحسن، قال: " إذا طلق ولم يشهد، وراجع ولم يشهد، فليشهد على ما صنع" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever divorces and takes back (his wife) but does not appoint witnesses, let him now appoint witnesses.

Hadith Number: 1326
نا نا سفيان، عن داود بن ابي هند، وعاصم الاحول، عن الشعبي، عن مسروق، قال: قال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: " ردوا الجهالات إلى السنة" .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Refer ignorances back to the Sunnah.

Hadith Number: 1327
نا سفيان، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن جابر بن زيد، قال: خالفت رجلا من القراء الاولين في الرجل يطلق امراته فيكتمها رجعتها حتى تنقضي عدتها، فسالت شريحا، فقال:" له فسوة الضبع" .
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I disagreed with a reciter, then I asked Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him), so he said: There is nothing (wrong) in this matter.
