كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الظِّهَارِ
Chapter on what is reported regarding zihar (a form of divorce)
Hadith Number: 1830
نا عبد السلام بن حرب، عن خصيف، عن سعيد بن جبير في رجل ظاهر ثم غشيها قبل ان يكفر، قال:" عليه كفارتان" .
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone has relations with his wife after zihar but before offering the expiation, then two expiations will be obligatory upon him."

Hadith Number: 1831
نا نا هشيم، انا حجاج بن ارطاة، نا عمرو بن شعيب، عن سعيد بن المسيب، ان عمر ، قال في رجل ظاهر من ثلاث نسوة، قال:" عليه كفارة واحدة" .
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a person pronounces zihar to three women, then only one expiation will be obligatory upon him."

Hadith Number: 1832
نا هشيم، انا حجاج، عن عطاء، قال: سالته عن ذلك، فقال:" عليه كفارة واحدة".
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Only one expiation is obligatory upon him."

Hadith Number: 1833
ثنا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، وعبيدة، عن إبراهيم، قالا:" عليه ثلاث كفارات".
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Three expiations will be required for this."
