بَابُ التِّجَارَةِ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ وَحَمْلِ السِّلَاحِ وَالطَّعَامِ
Chapter on trade in enemy territory and carrying weapons and food
Hadith Number: 2823
نا ابن عياش، عن ابي بكر بن ابي مريم، قال:" ما رايت مكحولا واشياخنا يكرهون التجارة في الغزو" .
Makhul and his shuyukh, may Allah have mercy on them, did not dislike engaging in trade along with jihad.

Hadith Number: 2824
نا ابو شهاب، عن اشعث بن سوار، عن الحسن فيمن يحمل الطعام إلى ارض العدو، فقال:" اولئك هم الفساق" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Those who take food supplies to the enemy's land are sinners (fasiq)."

Hadith Number: 2825
نا ابن عياش، عن ابن جريج، عن عطاء، قال: " اكره ان احمل السلاح إلى ارض العدو". قلت: افيحمل الخيل إليهم؟ فابى ذلك، وقال:" اما ما يقوون به للقتال، فلا يحمل إليهم، واما غيره فلا باس" .
Ata’ (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“I consider it disliked to carry weapons to the enemy, and horses also should not be sent to them. However, there is no harm in sending that which does not assist in fighting.”
