باب الإخلاص وأعمال السر - ذكر الإخبار عما يجب على المرء من التفرغ لعبادة المولى جل وعلا في أسبابه
Chapter on Sincerity and Secret Deeds – One must devote himself to worshipping the Lord in all circumstances.
Hadith Number: 393
اخبرنا اخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق بن سعيد السعدي ، قال: حدثنا علي بن خشرم ، قال: اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس ، عن عمران بن زائدة بن نشيط ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي خالد الوالبي ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إن الله جل وعلا، يقول: يابن آدم، تفرغ لعبادتي املا صدرك غنى، واسد فقرك، وإن لا تفعل ملات يدك شغلا، ولم اسد فقرك" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Exalted says: O son of Adam! Devote yourself to My worship. I will fill your chest with contentment and remove your poverty. But if you do not do so, I will fill your hands with occupations and will not remove your poverty."
