Hadith Number: 714
اخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن بحر البزار ، قال: حدثنا ابن ابي عمر العدني ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا راى احدكم من فوقه في المال والحسب، فلينظر إلى من هو دونه في المال والحسب" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person looks at someone above him in wealth and lineage, he should also look at someone below him in wealth and lineage."
