Chapter on What is Disliked and Not Disliked – Prohibition of This Action Lest One’s Head Be Turned into a Dog’s Head
Hadith Number: 2283
اخبرنا الهيثم بن خلف الدوري ، قال: حدثنا الربيع بن ثعلب ، قال: حدثنا ابو إسماعيل المؤدب ، عن محمد بن ميسرة ، عن محمد بن زياد ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " اما يخشى الذي يرفع راسه قبل الإمام ان يحول الله راسه راس الكلب" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Does the person who raises his head before the Imam (from bowing or prostration) not fear that Allah, the Exalted, will transform his head into the head of a dog?"
