باب النفقة - ذكر الإباحة للمرأة أن تأخذ من مال زوجها لعياله بالمعروف من غير علمه-
Chapter: Maintenance – Permitting a woman to take from her husband’s wealth for his children without his knowledge
Hadith Number: 4256
سمعت محمد بن احمد بن سليمان بن ابي شيخ ابا بكر بواسط، يقول: سمعت عبيد الله بن محمد بن عائشة ، يقول: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: جاءت هند إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: إن ابا سفيان مضيق علي، وعلى ولدي، افآخذ من ماله وهو لا يشعر؟ قال: " خذي من ماله بالمعروف، وهو لا يشعر" .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Lady Hind (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said: Abu Sufyan has been tight with me and my children regarding expenses, so can I take something from his wealth without his knowledge? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Take from his wealth in a reasonable manner without his knowledge.
