Abu Hurairah reported the prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: Allah most high says:“The son of Adam injures me by abusing time, whereas I am time. Authority is in my hand. I alternate the night and the day”. Ibn al-Sarh said:“on the authority of Ibn al-Musayyab instead of Saeed".
