It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Hazrat Usama bin Zaid stumbled and fell at the doorstep and started bleeding. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me, "Clean his impurity." I did not like that task, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) himself began to suck it and said, "If it were a girl, I would have adorned her with beautiful jewelry and fine clothes."

Sharik says that I asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) whether the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite any poetry. She replied, "Yes!
Sharik Harithi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) whether the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to go to the villages. She replied, "Yes! The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to go up to those mounds. Once, when the Prophet (peace be upon him) intended to go to a village (forest), he sent a messenger to the animals of charity and granted a she-camel from them on which no one had yet ridden. Then he said to me, 'Aisha! Fear Allah and make gentleness obligatory upon yourself, for gentleness beautifies whatever it is in, and when it is taken away from something, it makes it ugly and defective.'"

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a cloud rising at the edge of the sky, he would leave every task, even if he was in prayer, and would supplicate: "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from its evil." When it cleared, he would offer thanks, and when he saw rain falling, he would say: "O Allah! Let it be heavy and beneficial."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that after the first revelation descended, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned to Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her), and his heart was beating rapidly. As soon as he entered the house, he said, "Cover me with something." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was covered with a blanket. When this state ended, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Khadijah! I began to fear that some calamity might descend upon me." He said this twice. Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) replied, "Receive glad tidings! By Allah, Allah will never forsake you. You always speak the truth, maintain ties of kinship, bear the burdens of others, honor guests, and help people in matters of truth." After this, Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) took the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Waraqah bin Nawfal. He had accepted Christianity and had become very old and blind, and had read the Gospel in Arabic. Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) said to him, "Uncle! Listen to your nephew." Waraqah asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "Nephew! What do you see?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) described all the things he had seen. Waraqah said, "This is the same Namus (angel) who descended upon Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him). Alas! If only I had strength at that time and I were alive when your people will expel you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Will these people expel me?" Waraqah said, "Yes! No one has ever come with a message like yours except that people showed enmity towards him. If I live to see your time, I will give you strong support."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the pure wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to go out to open fields at night to relieve themselves. Once, Hazrat Sawda went out to relieve herself. Since she was tall and had a heavy build (people would recognize her), on the way she met Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never performed the Duha prayer, but she used to perform it and said that sometimes the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), despite loving a certain deed, would abandon it lest people start acting upon it and it becomes obligatory upon them (and then they might not be able to do it). Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) preferred that there be more ease in the obligations upon the people.
