Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zam’ah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace be upon him) mentioned the person who (cut the legs of the she-camel of Prophet Yunus, peace be upon him). He (peace be upon him) said:“A man advanced for this who was prominent among his people, just as Abu Zam’ah is.”Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mentioning women, said:“One of you goes to his wife and beats her as a slave is beaten. Then, at the end of the day, he embraces her.”The narrator states: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also expressed displeasure at people laughing when someone passes wind, and said:“A person laughs at an act which he himself does.”
