حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عمرو بن علقمة الليثي ، عن ابيه ، عن جده ، عن بلال بن الحارث المزني يبلغ به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إن الرجل ليتكلم بالكلمة من سخط الله ما يظن ان تبلغ ما تبلغ، فيكتب الله بها سخطه إلى يوم القيامة، وإن الرجل ليتكلم بالكلمة من رضوان الله ما يظن ان تبلغ ما بلغت، فيكتب الله بها رضاه إلى يوم القيامة" , قال الحميدي: هذا ما عندي يبلغ به كما كان يقوله اول.
Sayyiduna Bilal bin Harith Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He came to know of this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "A man says something concerning the displeasure of Allah, and he does not think that this statement will go so far, but because of that word, Allah records His displeasure for him until the Day of Resurrection. And a person says something concerning the pleasure of Allah, and he does not think that this statement will go so far, but because of that word, Allah records His pleasure for him until the Day of Resurrection."
