Narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is nothing more beloved to Allah Almighty than two drops and two marks: a drop of tears that falls out of fear of Allah, and a drop of blood that is shed in the way of Allah. Of the two marks, one is the mark that is received in the way of Allah, and the other is the mark that is received while fulfilling one of the obligations of Allah."
Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is Hasan Gharib.
