Chapter: The right of Wilayah (inheritance) belongs to the emancipator.
Hadith Number: 2125
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when she intended to buy (and free) Barirah, the family of Barirah set the condition of wala’ (inheritance). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“The right of wala’ (inheritance) belongs to the one who pays the price or owns the favor of freeing.” Imam Tirmidhi says:

Chapter: Prohibition of Selling or Gifting Wilayah
Hadith Number: 2126
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling and gifting of wala (the right of inheritance from freed slaves). Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih,
2- We know it only from the narration of Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibn Umar, and he narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who forbade selling and gifting of wala. Shu’bah, Sufyan Thawri, and Malik bin Anas have also narrated this hadith from Abdullah bin Dinar. It is narrated from Shu’bah that he said: I wished that Abdullah bin Dinar would permit me, while narrating this hadith, so that I could stand up and kiss his head,
3- Yahya bin Salim, while narrating this hadith, has mentioned the chain as follows «عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» but there is an error in this chain, and this error is from Yahya bin Salim. The correct chain is as follows «عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن عبد الله بن دينار عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» Several people have narrated from Ubaidullah bin Umar in this manner. Imam Tirmidhi says:
Ubaidullah bin Dinar is unique in narrating this hadith.

Hadith Number: 2127
Yazid bin Sharik Taimi says that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) delivered a sermon among us and said: Whoever claims that we have anything besides Allah’s Book and this scroll—in which are the rulings regarding the ages of camels and wounds—that we read, he is lying. Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: In this scroll, it is also written that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“From ‘Ir to Thawr, Madinah is a sanctuary. Whoever introduces an innovation in it, or gives refuge to an innovator, upon him is the curse of Allah, His angels, and all people. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not accept any obligatory or voluntary act of worship from him. And whoever claims lineage to someone other than his (real) father, or claims as his master someone other than his (real) freedman, upon him is the curse of Allah, His angels, and all people. Neither his obligatory nor his voluntary acts of worship will be accepted. The protection given by the Muslims is one; even the least of them can grant protection on their behalf.”__QUR_N__ __XREF_N__ __REF_N__

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that a man from Banu Fazara came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! A black child has been born to my wife." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him: "Do you have camels?" He said: "Yes." He asked: "What color are they?" He said: "Red." He asked: "Is there any grayish one among them?" He said: "Yes, there is a gray one among them." He asked: "Where did that come from?" He said: "Perhaps it inherited it from some ancestor." ‘Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to her happily, the lines of his face were shining, and he (peace be upon him) said:“Did you not see, just now Mujazziz saw Zaid bin Harithah and Usamah bin Zaid and said: These feet (i.e., their relationship) are from one another 1.” Imam Tirmidhi says:

Narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Give gifts to one another, for gifts remove malice from the heart.
