Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The time is near when you will search for a bowl of water in these towns, but you will not succeed, that is, all the water will shrink back to its origin, and the remaining believers and water will be in Sham.

Abdur Rahman bin Jubair bin Nufair narrates from his father that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Wazaj (may Allah be pleased with him) was an early companion. He states that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is near that a person of little importance will be made your leader, and people will gather around him whose napes will be shaved, their shirts will be white in color, and when he commands them to do something, they will present themselves." By Allah's will, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Wazaj was made governor of some cities. When the farmers would come to him, whose napes were shaved and their shirts were white, and they would present themselves at his command, he would say: Allah and His Messenger have spoken the truth.

A companion of the Messenger narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is possible that a most despicable man may gain dominance over the world, and at that time, the best among the people will be the believer who is between two noble ones."

Sayyiduna Mu’adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the year of the Battle of Tabuk. He would combine the prayers, that is, he would perform Zuhr and Asr together, and Maghrib and Isha together. One day, he delayed the prayer, then came out and performed Zuhr and Asr together. Afterwards, he went inside, and when he came out again, he performed Maghrib and Isha together. Then he said:“You will, insha’Allah, reach the spring of Tabuk tomorrow, and you will reach it after the day has become bright. (Remember that) whoever reaches there should not touch the water before I arrive.”When we reached the spring, we saw that two men had already preceded us. (We saw that) the spring was the size of a sandal strap and a little water was trickling out. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked those two men:“Did you touch this water?”They said: Yes. He spoke harshly to them, then the companions scooped up water from the spring and collected it in a vessel. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) washed his hands and face in it, then poured that water back into the spring. The water of the spring began to flow abundantly, until the people drank from it. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“Mu’adh! It may be that you will have a long life, (if so) you will see that this place will be filled with gardens.”

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, such a great scale will be set up that even the weight of the heavens and the earth can be measured in it. The angels will ask: For whom will this scale weigh? Allah, the Exalted, will say: For whomever I will among My creation. The angels will say: (O Allah!) You are pure, we could not fulfill the right of worshipping You. Then the Bridge of Sirat will be set up, which will be as sharp as the edge of a razor. The angels will ask: (O Allah) Whom will You make cross this? Allah, the Exalted, will say: Whomever I will among My creation. They will say: You are pure, we could not worship You as is Your due."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Day of Resurrection will be as long as the interval between Zuhr and Asr."

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "The Day when all people will stand before the Lord of the worlds." (__QUR_N__: Surah Mutaffifin: 6) and said: "What will become of you when Allah gathers you in the plain of resurrection for fifty thousand years, like arrows collected in a quiver, and then does not even look towards you?"

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "How can I remain happy and content (in this worldly life) when the angel assigned to blow the trumpet has already placed the trumpet to his mouth, has lowered his forehead, and has inclined his ear (awaiting Allah’s command)? Now he is waiting for the order to blow, and (as soon as) the command is given, he will blow it." The Muslims asked: "O Messenger of Allah! What should we say (in this state of anxiety and distress)?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. We have placed our trust in our Lord, Allah." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas, Sayyiduna Zayd ibn Arqam, Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik, Sayyiduna Jabir ibn Abdullah, and Sayyiduna Bara' ibn Azib (may Allah be pleased with them).

Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:“The best death is that a person is killed while taking his right.”

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you have sheets (or carpets)?" I said: "Where would we get sheets from?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Be aware! Soon you will have them." Sayyiduna Jabir says: When I used to tell my wife to take the sheets away from me, she would say: "Did not the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Soon you will have sheets'?" Upon hearing this, I would leave her alone.
