Mukhtasar Sahih Bukhari
Do not give butcher any part of the sacrifice as payment
Amir al-Mu'minin Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me to supervise the sacrificial camels and not to give the butcher anything from them as wages.
What to eat and give in charity from the sacrificial animal
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): We used to not eat the meat of sacrifice for more than three days, and that too only in Mina (it was prohibited to take the meat outside Mina). After that, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted us permission and said: "Eat and take it with you." So we ate and brought it along.
Shaving or cutting hair after Ihram
`Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had his head shaved during his Hajj.
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O Allah! Have mercy on those who shave their heads." The companions submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! (Pray for mercy) for those who trim their hair as well." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O Allah! Send mercy upon those who shave their heads." The companions again submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! (Pray for mercy) for those who trim their hair as well." So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, the third time) said: "And (have mercy) on those who trim their hair as well."
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Allah! Forgive those who shave their heads." The companions said: "And those who trim their hair as well." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, repeated: "O Allah! Forgive those who shave their heads." The companions said: "And those who trim their hair as well." Then the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said for the third time: "And forgive those who trim their hair as well."
`Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I trimmed the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with scissors.
Stoning the Jamarat is obligatory
A man asked `Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) at what time should he throw the pebbles at the Jamarat. He replied: "At the time your Imam throws, you should also throw." The man asked him the same question again, so he replied: "We used to wait, and when the sun would decline (past midday), then we would throw the pebbles."
Stoning the Jamarat from the valley side
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them) that he threw pebbles from the lower part of the valley, so he was asked that some people throw from the upper part of the valley. Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them) replied, "By Him besides whom there is no true deity! This is the place of throwing (rami) of that person (i.e., Muhammad, peace be upon him) upon whom Surah Al-Baqarah was revealed."
Stoning each Jamarat with seven pebbles
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he reached the big Jamrah, he kept the Ka'bah to his left and Mina to his right, and stoned with seven pebbles. He said: "This is how the person upon whom Surah Al-Baqarah was revealed ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) performed the stoning."
Facing Qiblah and standing on level ground when stoning two Jamarat
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he would throw seven pebbles at the first Jamrah, saying Takbeer after each pebble. Then he would move forward until he reached level ground, face the Qiblah, stand for a long time, raise his hands, and make supplication. Then he would perform the Rami of the middle Jamrah, then move to the left, and upon reaching level ground, he would face the Qiblah, stand, raise his hands, and make supplication, remaining standing in this manner. Then, from the lower part of the valley, he would throw pebbles at Jamrah Aqabah and would not stay there but would return, and he used to say: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) doing this.
