Remembrance upon entering the home
Hadith Number: 27
بسم اللٰه ولجنا، وبسم اللٰه خرجنا، وعلى اللٰه ربنا توكلنا
Bismillāhi walajnā, wa bismillāhi kharajnā, wa `ala Rabbinā tawakkalnā

In the Name of Allah we enter , in the Name of Allah we leave , and upon our Lord we depend [then say As-Salāmu `Alaykum to those present] .

دعاء الذهاب إلى المسجد
When going to the mosque
Hadith Number: 28
اللٰهم اجعل في قلبي نورا، وفي لسانى نور, وفي سمعي نورا، وفي بصري نورا، ومن فوقي نورا، ومن تحتي نورا، وعن يميني نورا، وعن شمالى نورا، ومن امامي نورا، ومن خلفي نورا، واجعل في نفسى نورا, واعظم لى نورا, وعظم لى نورا, واجعل لي نورا, واجعلنى نورا, اللهم اعطنى نورا, واجعل في عصبى نورا, وفي لحمى نورا, وفي دمى نورا, وفي شعرى نورا, وفي بشري نورا, ”اللٰهم اجعل لي نورا في قبرى و نورا في عظامى“ و زدنى نورا, و زدنى نورا, و زدنى نورا, وهب لى نورا على نور
Allāhummaj'al fī qalbī nūran, wa fī lisānī nūran, wa fī sam`ī nūran, wa fī baṣarī nūran, wa min fawqī nūran, wa min taḥtī nūran, wa `an yamīnī nūran, wa `an shimālī nūran, wa min 'amāmī nūran, wa min khalfī nūran, waj`al fī nafsī nūran, wa 'a`ẓim lī nūran, wa `ẓẓim lī nūran, waj`allī nūran, waj`alnī nūran, Allāhumma 'a`tinī nūran, waj'al fī `aṣabī nūran, wa fī laḥmī nūran, wa fī damī nūran, wa fī sha`rī nūran, wa fī basharī nūran. [Allāhummaj`allī nūran fī qabrī wa nūran fī `iẓāmī.] [Wa zidnī nūran, wa zidnī nūran, wa zidnī nūran.] [Wa hab lī nūran `alā nūr.]

O Allah, place light in my heart, and on my tongue light, and in my ears light and in my sight light, and above me light, and below me light, and to my right light, and to my left light, and before me light and behind me light. Place in my soul light. Magnify for me light, and amplify for me light. Make for me light and make me a light. O Allah, grant me light, and place light in my nerves, and in my body light and in my blood light and in my hair light and in my skin light.1 [O Allah, make for me a light in my grave... and a light in my bones.] (At-Tirmidhi 5/483 (Hadith no. 3419).) [Increase me in light, increase me in light, increase me in light .] (Al-Bukhari in Al-'Adab Al-Mufrad (Hadith no. 695), p. 258. See also Al-Albani, Sahih Al-'Adab Al-Mufrad(no. 536).) دعاء دخول المسجد
Upon entering the mosque
Hadith Number: 29
اعوذ باللٰه العظيم، وبوجهه الكريم، وسلطانه القديم، من الشيطان الرجيم، بسم الله والصلوة والسلام على رسول الله اللهم افتح لي ابواب رحمتك
'A`ūdhu billāhi l-`aẓīm, wa bi-wajhihil-karīm, wa sultānihil-qadīm, min ash-shaytānir-rajīm. [Bismillāhi, wassalātu wassalāmu `alā rasūlillāhi.] Allāhummaftaḥ lī 'abwāba raḥmatik.

I seek refuge in Almighty Allah, By His Noble Face, By His primordial power, From Satan the outcast. [In the Name of Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open before me the doors of Your mercy.

دعاء الخروج من المسجد
Upon leaving the mosque
Hadith Number: 30
بسم اللٰه، والصلوة والسلام على رسول اللٰه، اللٰهم إني اسالك من فضلك، اللٰهم اعصمنى من الشيطان الرجيم
Bismillāhi waṣṣalātu wassalāmu 'alā Rasūlillāhi, Allāhumma 'innī 'as'aluka min faḍlika, Allāhumma`ṣimnī min ash-shaytānir-rajīm.

In the Name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
O Allah, I ask for Your favor, O Allah, protect me from Satan the outcast.

أذكار الأذان
Concerning the athan (the call to prayer)
Hadith Number: 31
يقول مثل ما يقول المؤذن إلا في (حي على الصلاة، وحي على الفلاح) فيقول
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله.
وانا اشـهد ان لا إلـه إلا الله وحـده لا شـريك لـه، وان محمـدا عبـده ورسـوله، رضيـت بالله ربا، وبمحمـد رسـولا وبالإسلام دينـا
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله.
وانا اشـهد ان لا إلـه إلا الله وحـده لا شـريك لـه، وان محمـدا عبـده ورسـوله، رضيـت بالله ربا، وبمحمـد رسـولا وبالإسلام دينـا
Repeat what the Mu'adh-dhin says, except for when he says:

Hayya 'alas-Salāh (hasten to the prayer) and Hayya 'alal-Falāh (hasten to salvation).
Here you should say:
Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata 'illā billāh.
There is no might and no power except by Allah.

Hadith Number: 32
يصلي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد فراغه من إجابة المؤذن
After replying to the call of Mu'adh-dhin. you should recite in Arabic Allah's blessings on the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ).
Hadith Number: 33
اللٰهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة، والصلاة القائمة آت محمدا الوسيلة والفضيلة، وابعثه مقاما محمودا الذي وعدته
Allāhumma rabba hādhihi 'd-da'wati 't-tāmmah waṣ-ṣalāti 'l-qā'imah, 'āti Muhammadani 'l-wasīlata walfaḍīlata, wab 'ath-hu maqāma 'm-mahmūdani 'l-ladhī wa`adtahu, ['innaka lā tukhliful-mī'ād]

O Allah , Lord of this perfect call and established prayer. Grant Muhammad the intercession and favor, and raise him to the honored station You have promised him, [verily You do not neglect promises] .

Hadith Number: 34
يدعو لنفسه بين الاذان والإقامة فإن الدعاء حينئذ لا يرد
Between the call to prayer and the 'Iqamah, you should supplicate Allah for yourself. Invocation during this time is not rejected.
دعاء الاستفتاح
At the start of the prayer (after takbeer)
Hadith Number: 35
اللٰهم باعد بيني وبين خطاياي كما باعدت بين المشرق والمغرب، اللٰهم نقني من خطاياي كما ينقى الثوب الابيض من الدنس، اللٰهم اغسلني من خطاياي بالثلج والماء والبرد
Allāhumma bā'id baynī wa bayna khatāyāya kamā bāa'adta bayn al-mashriqi wal-maghribi, Allāhumma naqqinī min khatāyāya kamā yunaqqa 'th-thawbu 'l-'abyaḍu min ad-danasi, Allāhumma 'ghsilnī min khatāyāya, bi 'th-thalji wal-mā'i wal-barad.

O Allah, separate me from my sins as You have separated the East from the West. O Allah, cleanse me of my transgressions as the white garment is cleansed of stains. O Allah, wash away my sins with ice and water and frost.

Hadith Number: 36
سبحانك اللٰهم وبحمدك وتبارك اسمك، وتعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك
Subhānaka Allāhumma wa biḥamdika, wa tabāraka 'smuka, wa ta'ālā jadduka, wa lā 'ilāha ghayruk.
