مسنَد عَبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ عمَرَ بنِ الخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللَّه تَعَالَى عَنهمَا
Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 6039
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا إسحاق بن سعيد بن عمرو بن سعيد بن العاص ، عن ابيه سعيد بن عمرو ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , يقول:" اليد العليا خير من اليد السفلى"، قال ابن عمر: فلم اسال عمر فمن سواه من الناس.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The upper hand is better than the lower hand." Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that because of this, I do not ask Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) or any other person for anything.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح ، خ: 1429، م: 1033.
Hadith Number: 6040
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا إسحاق بن سعيد ، عن ابيه ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , يقول:" اسلم سالمها الله، وغفار غفر الله لها".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "May Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe, and may Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح .
Hadith Number: 6041
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا إسحاق بن سعيد ، عن ابيه ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" نحن امة اميون، لا نحسب ولا نكتب، الشهر هكذا وهكذا وهكذا" , وقبض إبهامه في الثالثة.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: We are an unlettered nation; we do not know calculation. Sometimes the month is like this, like this, and like this, and the third time the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) folded his thumb.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح .
Hadith Number: 6042
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا سليمان بن داود الهاشمي ، اخبرنا إبراهيم بن سعد ، حدثني ابن اخي ابن شهاب ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن سالم ، عن ابيه ، قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , وابو بكر , وعمر , وعثمان ," يمشون امام الجنازة".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the three Caliphs used to walk in front of the funeral procession.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح .
Hadith Number: 6043
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا سليمان بن داود ، اخبرنا إبراهيم بن سعد ، عن الزهري ، ويعقوب , قال: حدثنا ابي ، قال: حدثنا ابن شهاب ، عن سالم بن عبد الله ، عن عبد الله ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، انه قال:" مفاتيح الغيب خمس: إن الله عنده علم الساعة وينزل الغيث ويعلم ما في الارحام وما تدري نفس ماذا تكسب غدا وما تدري نفس باي ارض تموت إن الله عليم خبير سورة لقمان آية 34".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are five matters of the unseen which no one knows except Allah (then he recited this verse): "Indeed, the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah alone; He sends down the rain; He knows what is in the wombs; no soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in which land it will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح ، خ: 4627.
Hadith Number: 6044
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا سليمان ، حدثنا إبراهيم بن سعد ، عن الزهري ، ويعقوب , قال: حدثنا ابي ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن سالم بن عبد الله ، ان عبد الله بن عمر ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , يقول:" إنما الناس كالإبل المئة، لا تكاد تجد فيها راحلة"، وقال يعقوب: كإبل مئة، ما فيها راحلة.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The example of people is like that of one hundred camels among which not even one is fit for riding."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح ، خ: 4698.
Hadith Number: 6045
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا سليمان بن داود ، حدثنا سعيد بن عبد الرحمن يعني الجمحي ، عن عبيد الله بن عمر ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" صلوا في بيوتكم، لا تتخذوها قبورا".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Perform prayers in your homes as well; do not make them like graveyards.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح ، خ: 1187، م: 777.
Hadith Number: 6046
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن ايوب السختياني ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" من شرب الخمر في الدنيا، لم يشربها في الآخرة".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever drinks alcohol in this world will be deprived of it in the Hereafter, and he will not be given alcohol there.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح .
Hadith Number: 6047
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا ابو نوح ، اخبرنا عبد الله ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر , ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" رمل من الحجر الاسود إلى الحجر الاسود".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ramal (brisk walking) in the first three circuits of tawaf from the Black Stone to the Black Stone.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح ، خ: 1617، م: 1261، عبد الله العمري - وإن كان ضعيفا- قد توبع.
Hadith Number: 6048
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا عبد الرحمن يعني ابن عبد الله بن دينار ، عن زيد بن اسلم ، عن عبد الله بن عمر ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" من نزع يدا من طاعة، فلا حجة له يوم القيامة، ومن مات مفارقا للجماعة، فقد مات ميتة جاهلية".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever withdraws his hand from obedience to the rightful ruler of the time, no argument of his will be accepted on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever dies having separated from the "community" dies the death of ignorance.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح ، وهذا إسناد حسن.
