Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 7728
حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرنا داود بن قيس ، عن موسى بن يسار ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " تسموا بي، ولا تكنوا بكنيتي، انا ابو القاسم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Name yourselves after me, but do not take my kunya. I am Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him)."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3539، م: 2134.
