الرجل يواقع أهله وهو محرم

١٣٥٥٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (محمد) (١) بن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد وعطاء قالا: يتمان على حجهما وعلى كل واحد منهما دم، وإن كان واحدا اجزاهما وعليهما الحج من قابل ولا يتفرقان.

حدثنا ابو بكر، قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل، عن ليث، عن مجاهد، وعطاء، قالا: " يتمان على حجهما , وعلى كل واحد منهما دم , وإن كان واحدا اجزاهما , وعليهما الحج من قابل , ولا يتفرقان"
Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Ata say that both of them should complete the Hajj, and each one is required to offer a sacrifice (dam), even though one (sacrifice) is sufficient on behalf of both of them, and it is obligatory for them to perform Hajj the following year, but they should not be separate from each other the following year.
