١٨١٢٩ - حدثنا حفص عن (مسعر) (١) عن حماد قال: صداق ونصف.

حدثنا حفص، عن مسعر، عن حماد، قال: " صداق ونصف"
Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then that woman will receive the full dowry and half as well.
