١٨١١٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: (نا) (١) محمد بن (ابي) (٢) (٣) عدي عن يونس عن الحسن في الرجل (يطلق) (٤) امراته تطليقة او تطليقتين قبل ان يدخل بها ثم (غشيها) (٥) وهو يرى ان له عليها رجعة قال: لها الصداق ويفرق بينهما.

حدثنا ابو بكر، قال: نا محمد بن عدي، عن يونس، عن الحسن، في " الرجل يطلق امراته تطليقة او تطليقتين قبل ان يدخل بها ثم غشيها وهو يرى ان له عليها رجعة؟ قال: لها الصداق ويفرق بينهما"
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife one or two divorces before consummation, and then has intercourse with her thinking that the right of revocation still remains, the woman will receive the dowry and separation will be established between them.

١٨١٢٠ - حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة في رجل طلق امراته، ثم غشيها وهو يرى ان له عليها رجعة، قال: لها الصداق كاملا (لغشيانه) (١) إياها.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ب]: (بغشيانه).
حدثنا محمد بن سواء، عن سعيد، عن قتادة، في " رجل طلق امراته ثم غشيها وهو يرى ان له عليها رجعة قال: لها الصداق كاملا ؛ لغشيانه إياها"
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry. Because the man has had intercourse with the woman.

Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dower.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then that woman will receive the full dowry and half.

١٨١٢٤ - حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن معمر عن الزهري في رجل طلق امراته قبل ان يدخل بها واحدة، ثم غشيها وهو يرى ان له عليها الرجعة قال: يفرق بينهما، ولها الصداق كاملا.
حدثنا عبد الاعلى، عن معمر، عن الزهري، في رجل طلق امراته قبل ان يدخل بها واحدة ثم غشيها وهو يرى ان له عليها الرجعة قال:" يفرق بينهما ولها الصداق كاملا"
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then, thinking that he has the right to take her back, has intercourse with her, then separation will be enforced between the two and the woman will receive the full dowry.

حدثنا غندر، عن شعبة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم، قال: " لها صداق ونصف"،
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry and half. And Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that she will receive the full dowry.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife three divorces, then due to ignorance has intercourse with her, the woman will receive the full dowry.
