١٩٩٧٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا عبد الاعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة انه قال: زوجها احق بها، ولا يقربها حتى تنقضي عدتها.
حدثنا ابو بكر، قال: نا عبد الاعلى، عن سعيد، عن قتادة، انه قال:" زوجها احق بها , ولا يقربها حتى تنقضي عدتها"
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that her husband has more right to her, and he should not go near her until the completion of the waiting period (iddah).
