If a Man Divorces His Wife Three Times While Terminally Ill, Does She Inherit from His Estate?

٢٠١٥٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو عن صالح (ان) (١) عثمان (ورث) (٢) امراة عبد الرحمن بن عوف حين طلقها في مرضه بعد انقضاء العدة (٣).

(٣) منقطع.
Hazrat Salih (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Auf (may Allah be pleased with him) divorced his wife during his terminal illness, so Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) included her among the heirs after the completion of her waiting period.
