٢٠١٥٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال: اتاني عروة (البارقي) (١) من عند عمر، في الرجل يطلق امراته ثلاثا في (مرضه) (٢): إنها ترثه ما دامت في العدة ولا يرثها (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ط]: (الباقي).
(٢) في [ب]: (مرطه).
(٣) صحيح.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Urwah Barqi came to me from Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said that if a person gives his wife three divorces in the state of death-illness, then if the woman is in her waiting period at the time of his death, she will be his heir. However, the man will not be the woman's heir.
