٢٢١٤٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن (عبيدة) (١) عن إبراهيم انه سئل عن النفر يكتب عليهم الصك: ايهم شاء اخذ بجميع حقه، قال: هو على شرطه، ايهم شاء اخذ يحميع حقه، وكان إبراهيم يستحب ان ياخذ من كل إنسان منهم بحصته و (قال:) (٢) وهو اعدل.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، س، هـ]: (عيينة).
(٢) سقط من: [أ، ح، س، ط، هـ].
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about a written agreement concerning some men: from whom can one take his full right? He replied: That depends on the condition (that was agreed upon); he may take his full right from whomever he wishes. And Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) preferred that each person be taken from according to his share, and he used to say that this method is closer to justice.
