٢٢٢٩٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابن ابي ليلى عن الشعبي في الرجل يتصدق بالصدقة ثم يرثها قال: إن السهام لم (تزدها) (١) إلا حلالا.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [هـ]: (تردها)، وفي [ق]: (ترد).
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding the person who gives something in charity and then receives the same thing as inheritance, that his share in the inheritance will not add anything to it except permissibility.
