٢٢٨١٣ - وعن اشعث عن الحكم، انهما كانا لا يريان باسا بالرهن إذا كان على يدي عدل مقبوضا.
22813 - From Ash'ath, from Al-Hakam, that both of them saw no harm in collateral if it was in the hands of a trustworthy person and seized.
