٢٢٩٩٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن (جهيم) (١) قال: سال رجل عطاء قال: ورثت عرشا (٢)، قال: بعه عنبا، قال: فإن لم اجد احدا يشتريه؟ قال: فبعه عصيرا، قال: فإن لم اجد احدا يشتريه؟ قال: فلا تبع الخمر، فإنه لا يحل بيع الخمر.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز، ع]: (جهم).
(٢) جمع عريش، وهو شجر العنب مصفوفة على أعواد مرتفعة، وفي [ز]: (غرسًا).
A person asked Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that he had inherited a grapevine. He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: Sell its grapes. The person said: What if I do not find a buyer for the grapes? He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: Then make syrup from it and sell that. The person said: What if I do not find a buyer for the syrup either? He replied: Then do not make wine from it and sell it, because the sale of wine is not permissible.
