٢٣١٢٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن ابي زائدة عن اشعث عن الحكم عن إبراهيم انه قال: كل شرط في بيع يهدمه البيع إلا العتاق، وكل شرط في نكاح يهدمه النكاح إلا الطلاق.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Every condition that is stipulated in a sale invalidates it, except for emancipation; and every condition that is stipulated in marriage invalidates the marriage, except for divorce.
