٢٣٩٢٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا إسرائيل عن اشعث بن ابي الشعثاء ان رجلا اعار رجلا حائطا فبنى عليه فقال شريح لصاحب الحائط: اردد عليه نفقته.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that a person rented a wall to another, and he built upon it. Hazrat Shurayh said to the owner of the wall: Give him maintenance.
