٢٤٦٥٢ - قال: فقلت لعامر: ارايت لو ان رجلا ادعى على ابي مالا لا علم لي به، اكان علي ان احلف (البتة) (١)؟ قال: نعم، فانكرنا ذلك إنكارا شديدا فقال: رد اليمين على من هو اعلم بها منك.

24652 - He said: So I said to ‘Amir: What do you think if a man claimed against my father wealth that I have no knowledge of, would it be upon me to swear (absolutely) (1)? He said: Yes. So we strongly rejected that, and he said: Return the oath to the one who knows about it more than you.
