٢٨٤٤٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الحسن ان عمر وعثمان قوما الدية وجعلا ذلك إلى المعطى، إن شاء فالإبل وإن شاء فالقيمة (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ أشعث ضعيف، ولم يدرك الحسن ﵀ عمر.
It is narrated from Hasan that Umar and Uthman assessed the value of blood money and handed it over to the one who was to pay; if he wished, he could give camels, and if he wished, he could give the value.
