٢٨٥٦٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا بن فضيل عن اشعث عن (الشعبي) (١) عن ⦗٣٤⦘ عبد الله: في الانف إذا اوعب جدعه او قطع المارن الدية اخماسا، فما نقص منه فبالحساب (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [ب].
(٢) منقطع ضعيف؛ أشعث ضعيف، والشعبي لم يسمع ابن مسعود.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that when the nose is cut off from the root or its soft part is cut off, the full blood money (diyah) will be divided into five parts, and if the injury is of a lesser degree than this, then the blood money will be according to that.
