٢٨٦٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا بن فضيل عن اشعث عن الشعبي عن عبد الله: في اللسان إذا استؤصل الدية اخماسا، فما نقص فبالحساب (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف منقطع؛ أشعث ضعيف، والشعبي لم يسمع من ابن مسعود.
It is narrated from Abdullah that if the tongue is uprooted from the root, the blood money will be in five parts, and if it is less than that (i.e., not uprooted from the root), then the blood money will be according to that proportion.
