٢٩١٤٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو خالد عن عمرو عن الحسن رفعه قال: من اخرج من حده شيئا فاصاب شيئا فهو ضامن (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل ضعيف؛ الحسن تابعي، وعمرو ضعيف.
Hazrat Amr narrates that Hasan Basri stated in a marfu’ narration: Whoever extends anything beyond the boundaries of his land and thereby causes harm to someone, then that person will be held liable.
