٣٠٥٩٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن ابي الزبير عن جابر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"ليس في الغلول قطع" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ لضعف أشعث بن سوّار.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: There will be no punishment of cutting the hand in the case of betrayal.
