Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a ruling regarding debt before bequest, even though you people recite this verse of the Qur'an: "After any bequest which has been made or debt." And surely, full sisters and brothers become heirs, not those who share only the father.
