٣١٠٦٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن الاعمش عن إبراهيم قال: قضى رسول الله ﷺ بالعقل على العصبة والدية ميراث (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل؛ إبراهيم ليس صحابيًا، أخرجه عبد الرزاق (١٧٧٦٨)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٩٩)، والحربي في غريب الحديث ١/ ٣٠٢.
Ibrahim narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) placed the burden of blood money on the 'asaba (male relatives), and considered the blood money as part of the inheritance of the slain.
