٣١٠٦٤ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن داود عن الشعبي قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ يقضي (بالقضاء) (١)، ثم ينزل القرآن بغير الذي قضى به، فلا يرده ويستانف (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ط، هـ]: (القضاء).
(٢) مرسل؛ الشعبي تابعي.
Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would make a decision, then the Qur'an would be revealed contrary to that decision which he had made, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would not uphold that decision and would make a new decision from the beginning.
