من كان يصلي الظهر إذا زالت الشمس ولا يبرد بها
Those who say Zuhr should be prayed as soon as the sun declines, without delay

٣٣١٢ - حدثنا حسين بن علي قال: سالت جعفرا عن وقت الظهر فقال: إذا زالت الشمس، ثم قال: (اسمع) (١)؛ لان (يؤخرها) (٢) رجل حتى يصلي العصر خير له من ان يصليها قبل ان تزول (الشمس) (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ك]: (تسمع)، وفي [ب، جـ]: (سمع).
(٢) في [أ]: (تؤخرها).
(٣) في [جـ، ك]: زيادة.
حدثنا حسين بن علي، قال: سالت جعفرا عن وقت الظهر، فقال:" إذا زالت الشمس ثم قال: تسمع، لان يؤخرها رجل حتى يصلي العصر خير له من ان يصليها قبل ان تزول الشمس"
Hazrat Husain bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked Hazrat Ja'far about the time of Zuhr prayer, so he replied: "when the sun passes its zenith." Then he said: "Listen carefully, it is better for a person to delay the Zuhr prayer until the time of Asr prayer begins than to pray Zuhr before the sun has passed its zenith."
