٣٣١٥٠ - قال ابو بكر: فهذه من تسعة في قول علي وزيد فيصير للابنتين الثلثان، وتبقى ثلاثة اسهم: فلابن الابن سهمان، ولاخته سهم، وفي قول عبد الله من ثلاثة اسهم: للبنتين الثلثان سهمان، ولابن الابن ما بقي وهو سهم.
33150 - Abu Bakr said: So this is from nine according to the statement of Ali and Zayd, so the two daughters receive two-thirds, and three shares remain: for the son of the son two shares, and for his sister one share. And according to the statement of Abdullah, from three shares: for the two daughters two-thirds, which is two shares, and for the son of the son what remains, which is one share.
