Regarding Those Who Prevent Such People from Inheriting but Do Not Make Them Heirs

٣٣٢٣٧ - حدثنا حفص عن الاعمش عن إبراهيم قال: قال عبد الله: إذا مات الرجل وترك اباه (او) (١) اخاه او ابنه مملوكا ولم يترك وارثا، فإنه يشترى فيعتق ثم يورث (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

(٢) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عبد اللَّه.
It is narrated from Hazrat A'mash that Ibrahim reported the statement of Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): When a man dies and leaves his father or brother or son in a state of slavery and leaves no other heir, then he should be purchased, then set free, and then made the heir.
