٣٣٦٨٣ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن ابن ابي ذئب عن الزهري في رجل ترك جده واخاه قال: الولاء للجد؛ لانه (ينسب) (١) إلى الجد ولا (ينسب) (٢) إلى الاخ.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrates from Zuhri about the man who leaves behind his grandfather and brother, he said that the right of inheritance (wala) is for the grandfather, because a person is attributed to his grandfather, not to his brother.
