٣٣٦٨٤ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور والاعمش عن إبراهيم عن عمر في المملوك تزوج الحرة فتلد له اولادا فيعتق، قال: يلحق به ولاء ولده (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عمر.
Ibrahim narrates from Hazrat Umar regarding the slave who marries a free woman and has children with her, and then he becomes free; he said that the allegiance (wala) of his children will be joined with him.
