Regarding Those Who Say That One Inherits as Long as the Inheritance Has Not Been Distributed

٣٣٧٩٨ - حدثنا عبيد الله عن زكريا عن عامر انه سئل عن رجل اوصى بعتق وصدقة (و) (١) في سبيل الله فقال شريح: يعطى كل واحد منهما بحصته. تم كتاب الفرائض والحمد لله (كما هو اهله) (٢)
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، ب، هـ].
(٢) في [هـ]: (رب العالمين)، وفي [ك] زيادة (ومستحقه وصلى اللَّه على محمد النبي وآله وسلم تسليمًا).
Zakariya narrates that Amir was asked about a man who had made a bequest to free slaves, give charity, and spend in the way of Allah. Shurayh said that in every case, it will be given according to his share. You (should) refer to the Book of Inheritance, and all praise is due to Allah as He deserves.
