٣٥٥٦٥ - حدثنا (١) فضيل بن عياض عن هشام عن الحسن قال: كان اصحاب رسول الله ﷺ ياكلون من الغنائم إذا اصابوها: (من) (٢) الجزائر والبقر، ويعلفون دوابهم (و) (٣) لا يبيعون، فإن بيع ردوه إلى المقاسم (٤).

(٢) سقط من: [جـ].
(٣) سقط من: [أ، ب].
(٤) صحيح؛ الحسن أدرك عددًا من الصحابة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that when the companions of Muhammad (peace be upon him) found camels and cows among the spoils of war, they would eat from them, and their animals would graze, and they would not sell them. If they had already sold them, they would return them to the place of distribution.
