باب ما جاء فى أن الميت يعذب ببكاء أهله عليه
Chapter on what is reported that the deceased is punished by his family's weeping over him
Hadith Number: 3065
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((من نيح عليه فإنه يعذب بما نيح عليه يوم القيامة))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever wailing is done over, he will be punished on the Day of Resurrection because of that wailing.
